Note: If you need to update/remove/replace existing credit card details on the account. Please follow the steps on How to Delete a Payment Method – Credit card Terms first then follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to the Cloud Marketplace Control panel.
  2. In the Navigation menu, click on Account.
  3. Under the Account section, click on Payment Methods.

  4. To add new credit card details, click the “ADD NEW PAYMENT METHOD” button.

  5. A pop-up page will appear, click "CONTINUE".
  6. You will be directed to an external site to enter your credit card information
    •  Vantiv (US, CA, NZ, SG, HK)
  7. After clicking ‘Make Payment’ on Worldpay or "PROCEED" on Vantiv, the credit card will be added and displayed under Payment Methods.
