Ingram Micro Cloud has launched a new Modern Support experience with the goal of delivering a best-in-class support experience for our cloud channel partners. This new initiative includes certified local Ingram Micro support employees available to assist with all Cloud Marketplace billing, administrative, and technical inquiries.


Our partners can also access support articles as well as create and view support tickets using the new Modern Support Self Service Portal (SSP).


Login Process

  1. Open the Self Service Portal (SSP) using the following link - kb.cloud.im.
  2. In the Home page of the SSP, click the Login button. 

  3. Click the Login here button against the Are you a customer? option.

  4. You will have two different options for logging in.

Log in with IMOnline 

  1. Please fill the following fields, and then click the Sign In button:
    • Select Country - Please select the appropriate country from the dropdown list.
    • Username - Please use your IMOnline login credentials.
    • Password - Please use your IMOnline login credentials. 

  2. If you have used the correct credentials, you will be logged in to the SSP.
    • In case you face any trouble while logging in, please contact the local Modern Support team using our Contact Directory
  3. In the SSP, you can validate the login by checking that your name is shown at the top right corner of the SSP (highlighted in Red). 



Log in with CMP Account 

  1. Please fill the login form, and then click the Login button:
    • Country - Please select the appropriate country from the dropdown list.
    • Username - Please use your CMP username. 

  2. Please use the password that you use to log in to your CMP account and then click SIGN IN

  3. If you have used the correct credentials, you will be logged in to the SSP.

In the SSP, you can validate the login by checking that your name is shown at the top right corner of the page (highlighted in Red).
