You can view and manage the customers’ subscriptions from the Unified Reseller Control Panel. You can renew, disable/ enable automatic renewal, cancel and put on hold.

How Do I Manage the Customers’ Subscription?
- Once you are landed to the Unified Reseller Control Panel, click on the Customers at the left side menu.
- Here you will see the three options in the Customers sections, i.e. Subscriptions, Orders and Customers. Subscription is auto selected as it is the first option in the list.
- Click on the MANAGE button for the subscription you want to manage.
- Now you will see the subscription details.
- Click on the Ellipsis at the top right corner. You will see the options to:
- Disable auto – renew
- Put on hold
- Cancel Subscription
