42 How to: Disable the ‘Order Placed’ Notification Template : IngramCloud

Overview

This article will provide you information about ‘How to Disable the Order Placed Notification Template’ from Unified Reseller Control Panel.

1) Log in to the Reseller Control Panel and switch to Classic Panel.

2) Switch to ‘Billing’

3) From the left-side menu options select System > Settings

4) On the ‘Settings’ page, select ‘Notifications’ under ‘System’

5) On the ‘Notifications’ page, select ‘Notification Templates’

6) On the ‘Notification Templates’ page, use the search feature to locate the ‘Order Placed’ template

1) Enter any one or more search criteria

2) Click the Search button

7) Click on the notification template corresponding in the intended Customer’s language preference

8) On the ‘Notification Template for Order Notification Order Placed’ page, enter the following in the ‘Condition’ field:

@@Vend_Account_Type@==@@Cust_Account_Type@ && "##DetailList#@@Detail_Comment@##/DetailList#" !~ "Reseller Service Plan"

9) Click the Save button
