Overview

In the Cloud Marketplace, you can increase and decrease the user licenses (or resources) of your customer’s subscription.


Process

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
  2. Click on the Customers tab on the left menu list.
  3. By default, you will be in the Subscriptions tab. Click on the Subscription name (or can search the subscription using the Search tool) you want to increase or decrease the licenses.
  4. You will see the subscription details, click on the CHANGE button.
  5. Increase or decrease the required number of licenses and click on the NEXT button.
  6. Review the order and click on the CONFIRM button to place the order.
  7. As the order will be completed you will be able to see the updated licenses (resources).
