Resellers can manage the Connect subscriptions from the Reseller Control Panel. Connect Manual products require manual actions to complete the order placed.
- Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
- Click on the My Services tab from the left side menu.
- All the connect product subscriptions whose order has been placed but not provisioned will reflect here.
- Subscription having ACTIONS as REQUIRES ATTENTION needs manual action to be performed from Reseller’s end.
- Subscriptions having ACTIONS as MANAGE are ready for usage. Click on the MANAGE button.
- You will see the details of the subscription.
- Click on the EDIT button to update or edit the Vendor Partner ID.
- As the information is updated and saved, it will reflect in the next purchase of the same subscription during the purchase process.
