1. Login to customer control panel
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click Storage Guardian from the left side menu option
   
   
   
   
3. Click Actions tab and select Cancel Subscription
   
   
   
   
   OR
   
   
4. Click Account tab, on the control panel menu option
   
   
   
   
5. Select Subscriptions option
   
   
   
   
6. Select the storage guardian subscription, which you want to cancel
   
   
   
   
   
   
7. Click Cancel Subscription
   
   
   
   
8. Select the reason of cancellation and click Proceed
