If any user hasn’t receive a welcome email or has deleted the email, so you can resend the Welcome email to the user. Follow below process for resending the Welcome email.
Note: This option is only available for Users or Admins who have not accepted their invitation yet.
- Login to the Customer Control Panel.
- Click on the Dropbox option in the left side menu.
- On the Dropbox section, scroll down to view the list of the users.
- Click on the ACTIONS > Resend Welcome Email button for the user you want to resend the invitation email.
- Email notification will be sent to the user’s registered email address.
