1. Login to your Customer Control Panel & click on ‘Account’ from the left-side menu options:

  2. Click on ‘Subscriptions’:

  3. Click on the relevant Nomadesk subscription:

  4. Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’:

  5. Provide the reason for cancellation on the next page & click on ‘Confirm’ to make the changes.
  6. Once the cancellation request has been raised, contact your reseller to take this forward.
