- Login to your Customer Control Panel & click on ‘Account’ from the left-side menu options:
- Click on ‘Subscriptions’:
- Click on the relevant Nomadesk subscription:
- Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’:
- Provide the reason for cancellation on the next page & click on ‘Confirm’ to make the changes.
- Once the cancellation request has been raised, contact your reseller to take this forward.
