In order to ensure that your first Check Point order on the Cloud Marketplace will properly provision, please complete the following steps:

  1. Log into the Customer Control Panel, then navigate to the "My Services" page on the Marketplace after placing your order for Check Point products:


  1. You should see a "Requires Attention" button next to your order - click to continue:


  1. Enter your Reseller ID. If you do not know your Reseller ID, please check the email you received after signing up as a Check Point Partner (please see our FAQ document on this topic if you have questions about this process).   1. Click "Submit" to complete the process.
