You can cancel the Cisco Umbrella subscription from the Customer Control Panel. Please be informed, from the Customer Control panel you can only submit the order for cancellation. It is Reseller’s responsibility to process the cancellation request. It is the reseller’s choice whether they want to cancel the subscription or not.
- Log in to your Customer Control Panel.
- Click on the Account tab from the left side menu.
- Click on the Subscriptions options on the Account page.
- You will see the list of available subscriptions, click on the Cisco Umbrella.
- You will see the subscription details, click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button.
- Provide the reason for cancellation and Proceed.
- As the Reseller admin will process the Cancellation order, the subscription will be cancelled.
