1. Login to customer control panel
   
   
2. Click Accounts tab on the left side menu option
   
   
3. Select Subscriptions
   
   
4. You can see the list of subscriptions, select Kaspersky subscription from the available list
   
   
5. Click Disable Automatic Renewal
   
   
6. You will get an notification pop-up for disabling auto renew
   
   
   
7. In order to Enable auto renew, click Enable Automatic Renewal
   
   
8. You will get an notification pop-up for enabling auto renew
