Introduction

 

Ingram Micro offers the following Trend Micro cloud services:

Trend Micro Cloud App Security (CAS): Protects incoming and internal Office 365 email from hidden and zero-day malware and enforces compliance on cloud file sharing services including Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.

Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security - Services (WFBSS): Provides enterprise-class protection for Windows, Mac and mobile devices. 

Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security is a single, hosted security solution that protects multiple devices from viruses, data theft, risky and inappropriate websites, malicious Wi-Fi connections, and malware.

This starter guide contains the instructions required to get your Worry-Free Business Security subscription up and running. 

Trend Micro Hosted Email Security (HES): Protects Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Google Apps, and other hosted and on-premises email solutions from spam, malware, spear-phishing, and advanced targeted attacks before they reach your network.

 

Cloud Marketplace (CMP)

 

These services are located on the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace (CMP) under CLOUD SERVICES > SECURITY > Trend Micro Cloud Based Security. Please click here for step-by-step instructions for purchasing a subscription on the CMP.

 

You can purchase multiple subscriptions for Trend Micro HES and CAS from the Cloud Marketplace. However, for Trend Micro WFBSS you can only purchase 1 subscription and then increase the resource limits (You can purchase additional resources for all Trend Micro subscriptions - refer to ‘How to: Purchase Additional Resources’ for detailed instructions. NOTE: You cannot use this method to decrease the number of licenses.).

The Administrator is by default the individual whose information was provided at the time of purchasing the Trend Micro subscription. If the individual already has a Trend Micro HES or CAS subscription associated with his/her email ID then another Administrator will need to be appointed or created.

Customer Control Panel (CCP)

 

Once the Trend Micro subscriptions have been successfully provisioned, you can log in to your Customer’s Control Panel (CCP) and perform the following functions:
