1. Login to customer control panel
   
   
   
2. Click Trend Micro HES on the left side menu option
   
   
3. Click Actions tab and select View Subscription
   
   
4. On the Trend Micro Hosted Email Security page, scroll down to the Resource limits and usage tile and click change resource limits
   
   
5. Click (-) to decrease or (+) increase the resource limits and click OK
   
   
   
   
6. A confirmation window will display all the order details, click the Confirm button to confirm your order
