1. Log in to your Billtrust account via your Username and Password, click Sign In.
  2. Summary Tab – shows the account details, a summary of all your open balances, and the last payment made.
  3. Open tab – shows the list of all your open invoices.
  4. Closed tab – shows the list of all closed/paid documents.
  5. Payment history – lists down all successful payments.
  6. Settings:
    1. Profile Settings – details of your username, password, and security questions. Here you may also update/change all the information then click Save.
    2. Group management – here you may set up new groups to separate your users, accounts, and payment accounts.
    3. Account management – here you may add, edit or delete different Ingram Micro accounts.
    4. User management – manage the users of your Billtrust account by adding new users or deleting/editing existing ones.
    5. Notification settings – here you may choose how you would like to receive your notifications.  You may choose one or multiple.
    6. Payment settings – where you can add/delete your bank information and set your payment options.
