1. Click on the Customers tab on the left navigation menu.

  3. To choose when to apply the changes, click the wording immediately after confirmation to bring up the apply changes menu pop-up.

  5. Choose the renewal date by selecting either Same as previous (date of subscription expiration will remain the same), Co-term with existing subscription (subscription will expire on the same day as a selected subscription, or Match with the end of calendar month (subscription expiration date will be aligned with the end of the calendar month).


  6. On step 2 of the Change Order click Next.
  7. On step 3 of the Change Order, review to ensure that the changes being made are accurate. Once verified, click Place Order.Graphical user interface, text, application, email

  8. After placing the order, you will see the order number you can use as reference later if needed. Note: to track order status, navigate to the orders tab underneath subscriptions.Graphical user interface, text, application

Please note the following:
  1. The subscription will be locked from further changes until the order has been executed.
  2. User can cancel a scheduled order.
  3. An order can only be scheduled to be executed on the auto-renewal date, reseller doesn’t have an option to choose another date/schedule in the 168 hours cancellation window.
  4. If a subscription has auto-renewal option disabled, user will still be able to schedule an order upon renewal, but the order will fail to execute.
  5. An order can be scheduled from end-customer control panel (White-labelled Marketplace) as well.
