This process will define the process of how you can manage a service plan that is offered to your end-customers. Using this process, you will be able to control service plan prices by increasing or decreasing them for all your end-customers.


The process includes 2 steps:


Step 1: Manage prices of a service plan

  1. Click on Classic Panel in the top navigation menu.

  3. On the left-navigation menu, under Products, click on Service Plans.


  4. On the Service Plans screen, use the search bar to locate your desired service plan by its ID, Name, Category, Service Template etc. and then, click on the Name within the search list. Graphical user interface, text, application, email

  5. Now scroll to the bottom of the page and click Manage by myself. Graphical user interface, text, application

  6. Next, refresh the page using the browser menu. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Edit button.
    • NOTE: If you don’t see the Edit button, refresh the page again OR back out of the Service Plan page and click back in. Graphical user interface, text, application

  7. From within the Service Plans section, click on the Resource Rates tab to see all available products within the service plan. Click on the Name of the product to adjust its price. Graphical user interface, application

  8. After selecting the desired product, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the Edit button. Graphical user interface, text, application, email

  9. Scroll down to the Recurring section, and click on Edit Price Levels.Graphical user interface, application

  10. Now you can adjust the cost to end-customers. After adjusting the prices, click the Save button. Prices will now be successfully adjusted for this service plan. Graphical user interface, text, application

Step 2: Update existing subscriptions to reflect prices set in the new service plan

  1. In the Classic Panel, click Billing.Graphical user interface, text, application

  2. On the left navigation menu, click Subscriptions.
  3. Locate your end-customer's subscription and then click the Subscription Name.Graphical user interface

  5. Select which resource needs to be updated and click Synchronize.Graphical user interface

  6. This will update the existing subscriptions with the new prices that have been set in the service plan.

Note: The prices that were changed, will only be available in the CCP (Customer Control Panel) as they are customer-facing prices. These will not be available in the RCP (Reseller Control Panel).
