Credit Hold status on your reseller account does not affect most customer services, all active subscriptions keep running, except for subscriptions that renew monthly like Microsoft Azure--these subscriptions will be suspended. In addition, new orders and renewal orders will fail to provision, and order cancellations will not be allowed.
You can log in directly to the Control Panel at any time, review your financial documents, and submit payment. Once overdue invoices are paid, your account and subscriptions will be released automatically and new orders, renewal orders, and order cancellations can be processed again.
