Overview

This document will provide you information about ‘How Process a Customer’s Subscription Cancellation.’

  • When a customer cancels a subscription through the Customer Control Panel, their reseller receives a notification email that contains the cancellation order information.
  • Resellers must finalize the cancellation by opening the order in their Reseller Control Panel.

Process

  1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.

  1. Click on the Customers from the left panel.

  1. You will see the list of the existing subscriptions with the Customer Account Names, select the subscription by clicking on it.

  1. You will see the subscription details, click on the ellipsis (three dots), and then the Cancel Subscription button.

  1. Provide your comment and click on the CONFIRM button.

  1. Click on the TRACK ORDER button to check the status of the Order.

  1. You will see the status as PENDING APPROVAL.
