- Login to your Reseller control panel. Switch to Classic Panel.
- Switch from Billing To Operations by clicking on it
- Navigate to System > Users.
- Click on the username you want to update the security question and answer.
- Click on Additional Information
- Click on Edit.
- Fill the details with required security question and answer and click on Save.
