Overview

If you have a Reseller Only subscription, you can increase or decrease the required number licenses of the subscription right from the New Reseller Control Panel.

Process

1. Log in to your Reseller Control Panel.
2. Click on the Account option from the left menu list.
3. You will be on the Account page, click on the Subscriptions tab.
4. You will see all the available subscriptions, click on the subscription name you want to increase or decrease the number of licenses.
5. Here you will see the details of the subscription.
6. Scroll down and click on the CHANGE RESOURCE LIMITS button.
7. Increase or decrease the number of licenses as per the requirement and click on the OK button.
8. Review your order and click on the CONFIRM to place the order.
9. As the order will be provisioned, you will be able to see the updated licenses.
