19 How to Force User to Create a New Password (to access myCP)

- Login to the Customer Control Panel.
- Click on the Users tab from the left side menu.
- Select the user for whom you want to edit the address and roles.
- You will see the details of the user. Click on the RESET PASSWORD button to reset the password.
- A pop-up will appear, click on the OK.
- User will receive an email to reset the password with link.
