1) Log in to your Dropmyemail Re-seller Support Panel

 

2) Select the main menu option ‘Help’

 

3) On the ‘Help – Dropmyemail Team Support’ page, you will find a list of all tickets that have been created

 

Each ticket shows the following information:

   1) Reference ID

   2) Topic

   3) Mailbox Account

   4) Content

   5) Status

   6) Created on and

   7) Action

 

4) Look under ‘Status’ to know if a ticket is ‘Open’ or ‘Closed’

5) Click on the View button to see the ticket’s details

The various interactions on the ticket are tracked.

 

1) Click the Mark This Ticket as Closed button to change the status to ‘Closed’

 

2) Click the Add new message to this ticket button to track any changes
