Email backups, when restored, will be found in their original folders if your email account uses IMAP. For an email account with POP protocol, the emails will only be restored to the ‘Inbox’.
There are 2 methods by which you can restore emails:
1) Restore all emails in a mailbox or
2) Restore a subset of emails by providing a date range to act as a filter
Select the method that best suits your requirement:
Method 1: Restoring All Emails from a Mailbox
1) Login to the Drop-suite Portal
2) Select a mailbox
3) Click the Restore button
4) On the ‘Restore’ page, select ‘All’ from under ‘Select emails from:’
5) Click on the Start Restore button

Method 2: Restore Select Emails from a Mailbox
1) Login to the Drop-suite Portal
2) Select a mailbox
3) Click the Restore button
4) On the ‘Restore’ page, under ‘Select emails from:’

5) Click the Start Restore button
