Overview

If you wish to increase or decrease the number of available license seats for DocuSign, you can do it easily from Customer Control Panel. Please follow below steps to Update Resource Limit of DocuSign.

 Process

  1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.

 

  1. Click on DocuSign at the left hand menu.

 

  1. On DocuSign subscription page, scroll down and click on MANAGE LIMIT under Resources.

 

  1. Click on + / - button to increase or decrease resource limits, and click on OK.

 

  1. Confirm your Order details and click on CONFIRM.

 

  1. Once the order will be completed, you will be able to see the upgraded resource limits.
