Overview

By default renewal of DocuSign subscription is done automatically. You can disable auto renewal of subscription from Customer Control Panel and vice – versa. Please follow below process for Enable / Disable Automatic Renewal of DocuSign Subscription.

 Process

Disable Automatic Renewal

  1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.

 

  1. Click on DocuSign at the left hand menu.

 

  1. On the DocuSign Subscription page, navigate to ACTION > Disable Automatic Renewal.

 

  1. Subscription will be disabled from Automatic Renewal.

 

Enable Automatic Renewal

  1. Login to your Customer Control Panel.

 

  1. Click on DocuSign at the left hand menu.

 

  1. On the DocuSign Subscription page, navigate to ACTION > Enable Automatic Renewal.

 

  1. Subscription Automatic Renewal will be enabled.
