Overview
By default renewal of DocuSign subscription is done automatically. You can disable auto renewal of subscription from Customer Control Panel and vice – versa. Please follow below process for Enable / Disable Automatic Renewal of DocuSign Subscription.
Process
Disable Automatic Renewal
- Login to your Customer Control Panel.
- Click on DocuSign at the left hand menu.
- On the DocuSign Subscription page, navigate to ACTION > Disable Automatic Renewal.
- Subscription will be disabled from Automatic Renewal.
Enable Automatic Renewal
- Login to your Customer Control Panel.
- Click on DocuSign at the left hand menu.
- On the DocuSign Subscription page, navigate to ACTION > Enable Automatic Renewal.
- Subscription Automatic Renewal will be enabled.
