![]() | The Email App is available if your email account is validated successfully. The look and feel of the Email App is simplistic and user-friendly to help you communicate more efficiently. The most used functionalities can be found in the upper action bar (e.g. New, Refresh, Reply, Delete). Such functions can also be found by right clicking an email, your email address and email folders. When creating a new email it is possible to add specific signatures, attachments stored within the Documents App (SharePoint), attachments stored locally and embedded images. |
![]() | The Documents App is available for you to use if the Workspace Administrator has successfully validated SharePoint for document storage. All your documents locations can be found at the left side within the Documents App. Identical to the Email App, the most used functionalities can be found in the upper action bar (New for creation, Upload for uploading existing content and Sync for synchronizing SharePoint storage to your local device using OneDrive for Business). Note: If you want to use your personal OneDrive library in the Documents App, make sure OneDrive is opened at least once in Office 365 and complete its first run for validation. |
![]() | By adding Shortcuts and Single Sign-on Apps (if your Workspace Administrator has added them) you can access all your tools within a click. If your admin enabled Single Sign-On and you click on the app for the first time, it may ask you to fill in your username and password. If the Administrator already added your credentials, you will immediately be logged in to the web application. |
![]() | Business Apps are available to you if the Workspace Administrator added them to the Workspace. Clicking to a Business App first opens an Overview: a list containing the currently existing Business App records. The Overview can be changed by clicking View at the right side of the screen and selecting an alternative view (if available). Columns can be filtered and sorted as well. Clicking Save As gives you the option to export the selected record(s) to Word or Excel. Furthermore, you can activate Alerts by clicking the Alerts button (on create, on edit, on delete). You will receive an email notification based upon the action to the Business App record(s). |
