If your customer wants to stop using services of the AvePoint, so you can easily cancel the subscription.

  1. Login to the Customer Control Panel.

  1. Click on the AvePoint Online Services from the left side menu.

  1. You will see detailed information about AvePoint Services.

  1. As you scroll down, you will be able to see the information of your AvePoint Subscription.

  1. Click on the ACTIONS button.

  1. You will see a drop down menu. Select the Cancel Subscription from the available options.

  1. You will see a pop – up. Select your reason of cancelling the subscription, provide the comment (if any) and click on the PROCEED.

  1. Subscription will be canceled, once the Cancellation Order is processed.
