1. Login to your Nomadesk’s ‘Group Manager’ account via https://mynomadesk.com/user. The credentials would have been shared with you via email during the account setup phase:

  2. Provide the password & click on ‘Login’:

  3. Once logged-in, click on ‘Manage’:

  4. Scroll the page down & click on ‘ Transfer your account to a different partner’:

  5. Transfer code is mentioned here:

  6. Login to your Customer Control Panel & click on ‘Nomadesk’ from the left-side menu options:
