- Login to your Nomadesk’s ‘Group Manager’ account via https://mynomadesk.com/user. The credentials would have been shared with you via email during the account setup phase:
- Provide the password & click on ‘Login’:
- Once logged-in, click on ‘Manage’:
- Scroll the page down & click on ‘ Transfer your account to a different partner’:
- Transfer code is mentioned here:
Please note – This code will be valid for 7 days after generation.
- Login to your Customer Control Panel & click on ‘Nomadesk’ from the left-side menu options:
- Click on ‘New’:
- Add the Transfer Code generated on step #5 & click on ‘Next’ to finish the transfer process:
