Overview

After you have set up the Customer Portal, the next step is to create Secure Messaging Customer Portal Users’ login credentials. You can create login credentials for one or multiple Users existing in Odin (refer to ‘How to: Create Users/Admins’ for detailed instructions on creating new Users).

 Process

You can create users’ credentials in two ways.

Creating a Single User’s Credentials:

Note: All Users must already exist in Odin (refer to ‘How to: Create Users/Admins’ for detailed instructions on adding Users to Odin).

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel

 

  1. From the left-side menu options select Secure Messaging App

 

  1. Secure Messaging App page is selected by default on Secure Mailbox Users page.

 

  1. Click on Add New.

 

  1. Select
    1. User from the list of users
    2. Confirm User’s First Name
    3. Last Name
    4. Email Address

And click on Finish.

 

  1. Newly created user will listed on the ‘Secure Mailbox Users’ page.

Creating Users’ Credentials in Bulk

  1. Log in to the Customer Control Panel

 

  1. From the left-side menu options select Secure Messaging App

 

  1. On Secure Messaging App page is selected by default on Secure Messaging Users page.

 

  1. Click the Bulk Provisioning

 

  1. On the ‘Bulk Provision of users’ page, you can tick the checkboxes to select Users for whom you want to create login credentials for

 

Click on Provision button.

  1. All the users who have credentials are now visible at Secure Mailbox Users
